Two of the characters in ff7 can only be obtained through special means. Unlike my boss tips page, I did type this out.

First, go to the nibelhiem mansion in the present not clouds's past...
Go in the door, up the stairs and turn left. Find a large safe in one of the rooms and input this combination:
RIGHT 36
LEFT 10
RIGHT 59
RIGHT 97
Be careful if you turn the dial past the number you need it wont work.
When the safe opens you'll fight a boss, he's not too difficult:
LOST NUMBER HP:7000
Choco-mog summon works really well, as it stops it for a period of time allowing you to get those valuable hits in.
Cloud's Blade beam limit works quite well too.
When thats done you'll recieve "ODIN" summon and the cellar key. Next go down to the cellar. Instead of going in the door where you find sephiroth in cloud's past, go through the locked door. Viola!

Yuffie's a real pain in the ass. You'll find out exactly how much If you find your way to Wutai, her home town.
To find Yuffie look around large areas of woodland on the map. (A good time to look is when travelling to Junon for the first time) She will appear as a random battle, when you defeat her you'll reapear on a screen with a save point. DO NOT SAVE! I REPEAT, DO NOT SAVE! If you do she'll Naff off with some of your money and you'll have to find her again. Instead, talk to her. During the coversation you will have to deal with 5 multiple choice comments, if you choose the wrong one she'll Naff off again! Say this:
1. Not interested
2. Petrified
3. Wait a second
4. Yep
5. Let's be getting on
Do this and she's yours. Later you may ask yourself, "Why, why did I get her?" But there's a simple answer. You can only get the Leviathan Summon if you have Yuffie.
